Description |
Original political cartoon depicting President Clinton, a Democrat, disguised as a Republican. In the mid-term elections of November 1994, Democrats lost control of Congress for the first time in forty years. The Republicans picked up 54 seats, a feat called the Republican Revolution. Clinton wonders in the cartoon how this will effect his chances of re-election in 1996. |
