Description |
Summary: Two hens (for, against) sit on an egg (pay-as-you-go tax plan) that begins to hatch (compromise). The artist added a pelican to his signature. Undated; the artist worked for the Tampa Morning Tribune from 1934-1964. Likely published in spring time, based on CGA.AC.W17.317's reference to March, as well as the pelican's comment about Easter. |
